I have two seperate querries related to GMAT and Profile
1) My GMAT (overall) score is 720(41v,47q) but IR score is 2 (13%), should i re-write the gmat to get a more balance score? Will the IR score unduly hurt my chances?
2) Regarding my profile, i had worked with Maruti Suzuki for 3 yr & 10 mths (2009 to 2013 June) after which i quit and started preparing for UPSC (Cleared prelims but couldnt clear mains), whilst working with an NGO and briefly working at a small business firm. Is my professional experience aspect a lost cause?
Other details:
I am an engineer (Manipal University- 8.02cgpa), with internships in IIM C, TERI, MUN participant and organising experience in college.
Basic German language, part-time educator on youtube.

I am mechanical enginner working with Tata Power for last 9 years. My academics are 70.8 % in 10th, 77.4% in Diploma in Mech, 74.3% in BE in Mech. I am currently on my overseas assigment at Africa, I am planning to prepare for IIM A PGPX. Pl guide me if I have chance with these academics & job profile and also how to prepare for it along with GMAT as I haven't tried it so far.
I am an electrical engineer working in Jindal power 2*600 MW power plant having 3+ yr of experience with a PGDC in Thermal Power Plant course of 1 yr from NPTI NAGPUR...my academics 80℅ in 10th ,67.8% in 12th,8.19 CGPA,72℅ in PGDC...I want to go for MS in US...My age is 30 yrs will tht be a factor in getting a job ...And going by the new Govt. Being elected in US , will gettng a job be more difficult
