I want to start GMAT prep within next few days and I am looking forward to join any good B school in India (pref. ISB like most aspirants), Canada or any other country provided it has good reputation. Due to some constraints I have to go for a 1 year MBA only.
My academic bg-
10th: 86.4%
12th: 68.6%
B. Tech (Civil) : 73.5%
My professional experience is of 3.5 years and it worries me that my experience is in Civil Engineering only. I want to change my stream which is the main reason to go for MBA.
Can anyone suggest whether I should even attempt GMAT with the above mentioned stats or should I let it go?

I scored 720 GMAT (41V, 48Q, 4AW, 3IR) and applied to Michigan Ross and Kellogg last year, failing to secure a seat. I have six plus years of work experience in information technology, banking domain. I am in dire need of proper consultation and guidance. Can someone direct me in right direction on next steps to solidify my profile? - Should I take GMAT again? Is MS in IT best option? Best courses to start in spring 2017? I have a work ex of 4 yrs now in the consulting domain (financial advisory, financial modelling,) and cleared all 3 levels of CFA. I am already an MBA from LBSIM Dwarka (Finance Specialization). I want to pursue MBA from decent B-school in US. What is the min GMAT I should target. I don't have much time for preparation and my GMAT is due in 1 month. Please advise.

I am a doctor(mbbs) graduated last year March from a top college in India.planned my MBA pretty late.Gave CAT and got calls from IIM indore /shillong.In the event of not converting I m plng to give gmat asap.I hav prepared for cat.So considering that how much time will be required for gmat.I am ready for upto 6hrs per day.

Can you please guide me in my quest for cracking GMAT exam? I have 6 plus years of experience in IT (Financial Domain) sector. I am targeting the One year Management program from either one of IIMA(PGPX)/IIMC(PGPX)/ or IIML(IPMX).
I have followed quite a few threads and replies of Kinjal Das @kinji.at.pg1 on GMAT and must say they were very informative and helpful. This is my 2nd coming on PG. The last time i visited the site at the time of my CAT exam prep (2009) I got 98 percentile but unfortunately could not crack the desired college back then. So trying my luck again. Last time PG was very helpful to me and i hope i get the same support this time too.
