What are the best options in your opinion available to me at this point of my career ? Shall i go for GMAT/CAT 2015? Please suggest. TIA

I really was hoping to enroll in good B-school in India but fail to get into. Given cat,on the basis of which,I am getting a category "A" b-school ,but my aim was to get into IIMs or top 2-3 private institutions.
My following questions are:
1. Whether there is any option Post-MBA to enroll for management course in top-25 US B-school?I really want to settle in USA.
2. I have given GMAT but not able to get a good score this time.Should I enroll in MBA college from India or give GMAT again to score 720+?
3.My mind is throwing some unrealistic ideas also.Such as,if I plan to write GRE now which I am confident to get a good score, I will be able to enroll for a MS program.So after doing 1 year job post MS in USA,Is it feasible to then go for top US B-schools for management?
I know only few people have done MS and MBA.People generally donot do that(2-year MS and then 1/2 year MBA from USA).
I hope please give answers to all the three scenarios(Especially the third scenario)

Interest:Always dreamt of being more seen as a diversified person rather than being only technical or only management person.

I am targeting to give GAMT in August. However, I have just started. I am referring to Official Guide 2015 but it doesn't have study material.
I have been told I should prepare from other books( like Manhattan, Aristotle) and use Official Guide for questions only.
Please suggest some books for the the study material (or theory). Also kindly suggest which test series are the best for a fast track preparation.

I took my GMAT yesterday (1st and last attempt) and got a 710 (46Q, 41V). Would STRONGLY STRONGLY STRONGLY advise all test-takers not to get hung on a question. I did that in Quant, that too towards the end, and by the time I realized how long had gone into it, it was too late to attempt the last 5 without guess-work (worst mistake). It had all been going really great until then; I thought I would score ~49.
It sounds obvious but before you know you're lost in that one question which keeps teasing you by saying, "*just* there". Watch out!
I want to go for an executive MBA but haven't given GMAT. I have apprehensions about the hefty course fees which various universities charge for the course. I can invest a max of INR 15 lakh. I want to know if there exists any such good universities (foreign+domestic) which is/are affordable in such a price range 😛
