I am a b.tech and ms in finance, with 3 years of work experience in EY. I cleared US CFA level 1 in june 2013. and already holding indian CFA. I got a 2 year break in my career as i needed to take care of my little one. Now i am not able to get in to the corporate world again.
I again want to restart my career and a bit confused about it. I am planning to join either SAS course or CIBOP course provided by iMARTICUS LEARNING(Please google it) in bangalore. i WANT THE VEIW POINT OF YOU GUYS TO TELL ME THE RIGHT PATH. My last drawn salary was 8LPA, currently i m getting offers of 2.5LPA. 😞
and even then finding it tough to get calls because of the gap. Can anyone tell me what should i go for SAS or CIBOP course, what should be the best thing for me to do.
Hi, I am Abhilash Rao i want to pursue Masters in CS in USA. I have 3 years work experience in cloud computing and i already attempted GRE last year and scored 298/ Toefl 88 i would like to re-appear this year. My Under-graduation marks are not upto the mark i had 12 backlogs and managed to get 58.5% from VTU. What should be my target score for GRE as well as TOEFL?

* after I left , I had typhoid for 2andhalf months . (have bloodtest reports to prove that). And also had problems related to the back for a few months (have X-ray and doctors prescriptions) Then joined Dad in his business . Its not a big business but there has been increase in turnover after I joined . Worked in business for 1year .
* After that did my Msc.Economics from Madras school of economics . cgpa: 8.5 on 10 Was in the top 20% of the college.
* After that worked as Business analyst in a company for 3years .
Extra curricular activities :
* Part time volunteer at an NGO 2years . Our main activity was to teach poor people who couldn't afford proper schooling .

Hi, Im am currently working in Derivatives Operations profile at an I-Bank. I have completed CFA Level 2 this year. I am interested in Equity Research (which would be in line with CFA studies). X - 79% (ICSE) , XII (ISC) 95%. U-Grad : B.Tech- NIT-T ( CGPA: 7.28), 3 years of work ex in a KPO/advisory firm, with good exposure to international clients, couple of awards at company level. decent extra-curricular including sports, @inter-corporate levels.
GMAT score : 700.What are my chances ? Should i re-take GMAT and aim for 720-730 to add more meat to the profile ?
Would be great to know the schools i can target considering my profile and deadlines. Thanks!

Job involves researching and understanding M&A; and making a data base(I have entered nokia- Microsoft deal) and calculating various ratios which will be used by investment banks, consultants for there pitch books. It involves email communication with investment banks, consultants.

Got selected adviser team which prepares rankings of various IB's (This is main product of our client and only few people are selected).

Aspiration : I now want to get into the business side of IT; into roles such as Business Analyst or a Consultant. Preference is for Indian colleges. As per my knowledge ISB,XLRI and IIM-indore are the only ones left.
Could you please suggest me which other colleges (whose application deadlines are still pending) would be more suitable as per my profile, also keeping in mind the low score.
I could give one more shot at the exam but that would consume a few more weeks and I'm not really sure as I might end up missing a few more Indian colleges app deadlines. Please advise.
