Here are some last minute CMAT exam tips

Quick Reminder: The CMAT Test consists of 4 sections that includes Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness There will be 25 questions for each section Maximum Marks 400 (100 for each section). Please note that Duration of exam will be 180 minutes , also remember that there shall be negative marking for wrong answers, for each wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted.

Please note this point before the exam

2. Reach the test center 1.5 hr before the time:

4. Make sure you must carry attested copy of CMAT Admit card with recent passport size photo pasted on it.

Tips for Exams

1. To score well with General Aptitude update yourself with latest happening in all around the world, read about current affair, newspaper, magazines etc.

2. Revision: use the flash card to do revision before the exams.

3. Time Management: Accuracy and Speed and are the two most important aspects on which you need to focus. This will help you in increasing your score. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours. Attempt  at least 15 questions in each section. This will fetch you a good score. allot time to each section carefully so that you don't run out of time.

4. Read questions carefully Once the exam begins skim through the questions. Mark the questions which you are comfortable to attempt

5. Start with your comfortable section: Start with a section which you are comfortable, among the total number of four sections This will give you confidence and help in time management as well. Note that  there is no compulsory section to start with so you can choose and take your pick.

6. Don't get stuck in a question: leave the question if you are unable to answer and its taking longer time and select another question.

7. Utilize your scratch sheet: You will get scratch sheet for your rough calculation. mention your name or roll number on each page of the scratch sheet. Try to  Make full use of the sheet and show the method of calculation. The examiners will check your scratch sheet . Also keep it presentable.

8. Revise : If you finish before 3 hours, please revise your answers
