Hi all,

I'm applying in the US for an MBA in the 2010 batch. I want to pursue my MBA in General Management or Marketing.

I wrote GMAT in 2006 with a score of 700. Been working as software developer for the past four years (2005-present)

Don't have "leadership" experience. Academics were average. I've also been part of a group which teaches kids in an orphanage. I've spent quite a bit of time with them. Been in this group since 2007

What do you guys think my chances are in getting into a Top tier B-School?

I've not finalized my shortlist but I am looking for the following break up:

2 Top 10 schools
2 Mid Level school
and finally 1 really safe school

Advice, help one which schools would be good?
Also, I need desperate help with my essays. Any suggestions on folks (professional/experienced) who can help me with my applications?
