It is one of the worst company in India.Pathetic work culture, you will be treated like a commodity,from this project to that project regardless of your interest.
So,if you are not bothered about type of work and only want to make money then its good company,otherwise its not.
However,one +thing with Aricent is that The Training which it provides just after training is very good and awesome.So,you can learn a lot during this 3 months,then u can go to other companies like Samsung,HughesSystique,SISO,IBM,etc.
