No, I'm not talking about those from the biggies like the IITs and autonomous colleges who landed plush jobs tat BCG, AT Kearney etc. through on-campus placements. Is there anyone here with an engg background who managed to get a management-related job prior to an MBA? This question may sound vague...Thing is, I currently work in an IT company and plan to appear for CAT '13. My job bores the hell out of me, and was wondering if I could join a firm (doesn't matter if it's small) where I could cut my teeth. But I know such firms wouldn't favour people with an engg background (I'm a computer engineer, btw...2012 batch). So is there any engineer here who managed to get such a job? And if yes, how did you make it large?
