I had an interview with the univ and got an admit just 10 days after the interview.

Hi Kaushal,

I submitted my application on Dec 28, Interview on 10th Jan & got an admit on 19th Jan.
Things happened quickly & In my favour I guess :-)

Some PI Q's that were shot at me:
1. How have you prepared yourself for the interview
2. Why MBA
3. Why Texas A & M
4. Best Teamwork exp
5. Worst Teamwork Exp
6. What motivates you
7. How do you handle stress
8. How do you balance your personal & professional life

The interview lasted for 40 minutes.
I was well prepared for Q's 1-4
Answers to Q's 5-8 were impromptu.

My advice:prepare yourself for interview Q's by writing down a detailed response(also the phrases you would use). Please stick to your essays + resume. Dont digress. Answer upto the point(this is possible only if you have written down your responses to most likely questions)

I would be hearing about my funding after Feb 15. Thats when they release decisions. 90% MBA grads get some funding. I am keeping my fingers crossed

I submitted the application on 15th Jan
My application processing got delayed since they could not locate one recommendation letter. Hopefully, I should get an invite for interview.

I got a mail suggesting a date for interview. I am planning to call them tomorrow and schedule the interview. Do let me know once they inform you of funding/scholarship.

I have been intv by the same college couple of weeks back and still waiting for their result.


Ple let me know why did u choose TEXASA & M, as my criteria was ROI only...



Also i have got a call from THUNDERBIRS as well..they have given me 32k scholarship.
