When you will divide,
7^1/28 = 7 remainder
7^2/28 = 21
7^3/28 = 7
7^4/28 = 21
It shows that, for every odd power of 7 when divided by 28 yeilds 7 as remainder and every even power of 7 when divided by 28 yeilds 21 as remainder.
From this, after performing only 3 operation you can make out that 7^7/28 = 7 (as the power on 7 is odd)


hmm..bt what makes u sy dt that lcm.of 3^2003-1 and 3^2003+1 is = lcm 3^3-1 and 3^3+1 .. i kno dt 3^n has a cyclcty of 4..bt that will get us the last digits

XYZ company Produces various products P,Q,R,S,T,U,V. Out of entire no. of products it produces P=20%, Q=18%, R=19%, S=12% ,T=10% ,U=13% ,V=8% .

It sells certain no. products out of produced ones. It sells P=24%, Q=12%, R=16%, S=14%, T=9%, U=15%, V=10 %

Atmost what percentage of products manufactured by the company were sold in that year?

1. 90% 2. 65% 3.83.33% 4.None of these


I think the answer is None of these. I am getting the answer as 80%.

Let the total no. of products manufactured be 100x and the total no sold be 100y.

Then for type P 20x products were manufactured and 24y were sold. So, for the condition should be 20x >= 24y. so we get y
Similarly we get the different values of y for the different products.

I'm getting the minimum value of the RHS for product V i.e. y
hence the answer as 80 %.

I don't have OA,buddy. Sorry.I calculated the ratios for P,S,U,V and got (Total Sales)/(Total production) as 83.33%, 85.71%, 86.66%,80% respectively. But I was confused whether to take lowest or highest value among them. Now, it seems correct.

my take: 4 (None of these)
answer: 80% at most

no. of products sold
we won't be having any problem with Q, R,T.... now we are left PSUV..

Hey..

Got a doubt regarding test window links.

If I book a morning slot on the first day will the link be on my home page till the end of the test slots, like for 4 days or whatever number of days the slot is for, or till the end of the day I booked?

And is it the same with inv and non inv tests?

Because I had my inv aimcat in the morning and I thought it would active till the end of the day like last year but after 3 hours the link was gone 😞

Boss I dnt thnk i wud b a proper person 2 guide u in dis..As i can see many VA champs in dis forum..The nly thng i can advice u frm my exp is to read a lot of novels (I read almst 15-17 novels during past 1 yr)..It ll surely help u in improving ur VA score..

You can book your slot till 6 PM of the previous day of the test.
But invigilated AIMCAT slots gets booked pretty fast especially for the weekends. So try to book as soon as you get the mail from the TIME about the AIMCAT if you want a slot of your choice.

Let the money wid A be Rs A....
Let the price of gold coin be Rs g...
Acc to the question A = gk + g/3
k is the number of gold coins bought by A
B = 7A = 7gk + 7g/3
now he is left with Rs g/3....ques says if he had 7500 more he wld have bought another gold coin...so g/3 + 7500 = g => g = 11250
