doc saar, iss saal to karna hi hai, mere me energy nahi hai ek aur saal ye mock and ye discussions jhelne ki. At the moment my room and specifically my desk looks like the work station of someone who lost his mind among the clutter.
P.S This is seriously the best AIMCAT thrd this season. Now since doc has summarized the GD can we have the last minute speaker who till now was silent but suddenly comes up with a brain wave that is at opposition to all that we have discussed till now:rofl:(so bad that this smiley does not exist)
:rofl:(so bad that this smiley does not exist)+1 to that. a real stimulator of a discussion this was. i for one, thot this can actually be taken a lot further into a lot many other areas of discussion, (majority opinion/sentimentality etc) far from where it all actually started from! but well, uska bhi time aayega. abhi padhai karlete hain.
@WarriorWithin: yes, you are certainly not the only one, as is evident. like i mentioned, its not that i've never felt it myself. and yes, have been noticing the drop in polls myself. never occurred to me though that this could be one of the reasons.

Too few attempts..I was lucky with the accuracy. Never had single digit wrongs b4..I guess i was lucky this time...I really dono how to categorize this performance...This is the best ive scored ever n still feel it could have easily been a very bad mock...
Can someone please tell me how to know where i stand among the other CAT aspirants. This is a snapshot of my perfomance:

Rest have been between 85 and 89.
The incosistancy is a bit disorienting as i have no idea how my preperations are going as they seem to have no apparent effect(Since the scores increase or decrease randomly). And how much importance should i give to these scores? Eagerly awaiting reply form experienced Puys. I hope im not too late in posting this.
P.S And why are we driving away ppl like Implex who so willingly share with us how they approach a paper. I personally have no idea who he is(Ive bin here for only 15 days) but i was really glad that he posted his approach and would hate to see such people leave the threads....

2 things that went wrong today:
1. I started the test at 10 AM, but at my centre they were allowing people to come in for a good 20-25 mins after that and sitting in the first row, i just could not concentrate.
2. Wasted a lot of time in 3-4 questions in Quant due to which i had to to hurry through DI and RCs after that.
Anyway, no excuses, will come back in the next one.
I am seeing awesome scores here..Found this paper tough.got stuck in LRDI for long.. Manage to get only 40 :-(

My accuracy had gone down since some mocks upto 50%. thus the score was touching 80%tiles or lower. :(
i used solve 40+ , and used get only 20+ correct.
I decided to bring down my attempts , restricting myself for time being atleast to a 10 attempts per section.
Seems like, its working. Will cover for speed slowly.

U get a feeling that the VA options are more closer in the +4/-1 format ..
Again a poor outing... The score is not getting optimized.. A score of 120+ with a 75% accuracy would fetch 99.5%ile in CAT, i think in this paper...
