i am in my final year of BE(CSE). Till now i hav an aggr of 62 and will try to make it upto 64-65 at the end. My acads had been poor in schools too adding to my great distress and shame. I had 70 in 10th and 65 in 12th(PCM with elective c++) from CBSE board. This is because i used to prepare just very close to the exams and not consistently throughout the year which i should have done. I had an issues with my confidence and never used to put faith in myself.
I m now fed up of my mediocrity and want a second chance at life. I feel i am ready to put in the hours and work hard this time. I want to do MBA as i know now that technical line is not for me so i will go for mba if not then job.
But one thing thats discouraging me is the uncertainty that whether preparing 4 cat or mat will be worth it with my past academic record as i have heard that past academics records gets a good amount of weightage for many top b schools.
Be blunt with me guys..i am from a middle class family and i wont survive with the guilt and loathing towards myself if i spoiled my parents money anymore.
