Was shocked to know peeps like HLL have approved a repulsive ad like Lux which features Aishwarya Rai..........at the end of the ad an even repugnant phirang says " Kya India mein sab Aishwarya ki tarh diktha hai kya?" - God.....it just sux.

The worst part is there is something new about the product and its packaging and this is not at all coming across..... instead it harps on the run-of-the-mill wanna-look-like-XYZ positioning.

I am just wondering when these witless celebrities would start picking up ads that are made of substance.

The melody ads with that stupid jingle "Ye melody itnee choclatee kyun hai"..Sux big time..


Also, the ad. where the girl gets a gift from her uncle and she goes inside her room and the AC is on and the gift suddenly loses its appeal. And the jingle goes: Hava Lag Jai" I dont remeber the AC model, but it sucked nonethless..

This ad is thx to the creative genius of Mcann ericsson....the award for the worst ad surely goes to the team behind the said ad...and the hoardings! oh my god...complete creative sacrilege...what with irfan pathans head in the centre of all types of balls!!!!!!!!what will they think of next? makes me want to kick irfans head like a football...and this from a company that is so finiky about its advertising (read tata Indicom) i should know since i deal with them on regular basis for DM activities (icontract is the agency for Direct marketing of Tata Indicom)...

I would definitely like to know who passed this campaign at Tata...maybe then my agency can introduce them to something called advertising! ...

is there a censor board for advertisements??the latest liril and kwality walls ads need a lotta editing.i recently read on the bangalore times that there are new item ads in the making..now if thatz not riduculous!!!

guys there is one more ad that of samsung DNIE vision.."tikiya ghis gayi..haath ghis gaye" remember ???..i would rate that up there in top five (or is that three ?) ...

utterly shocking and irritating to find the change in the course of that AD at the end..YUK.

now, I didn't expect crap from Maruti. They are declaring prizes worth 50 lacks and they advt it by showing a person doing some magic and wen he is asked to declare his wishes he, in turn, denies to ask for anything coz he won "prizes"

now, I don't think 99% of car owners wud be that dumb and will be attracted by that ad at least.

2 ads that have irrittaed me to my last bone..

1) Waah sooooneeeeeeeeeeel baaboooo.... oh man they would play it 90 times a day on different channels for what 3 years... unbelievably repetitive....

2) the more recen "2 bucket paani rozaanaa hai bachaana.."

man anybody who tried watching the cricket matches would have wanted to strangle himself...

if u wanna save that much water...move to a countyr that uses toilet paper... how does a detergent help the water problem??????????????????????????????????????????????

and the worst part is that the ridiculous jingle plays in ur head... just because u have heard so much of it...

The worst ( and very irritating one) these days according to me is the pepsi bubbly ad..

P.S -- I cant help but think what is the reason they have stopped airing the first part with the animated lips/navel....

The Bubly ad is pointless and sick and all such bu*****t.


And then there is the ad in which Irfan and Kumble are together and Kumble gives some serious lessons but if one looks at detatchedly the ad makes u laugh bcoz of the seriouswith which Kumble talks. I cant remember the sompany but I am not sure the ad got the desired effect.

All the detergent ads suck maaaan!!!.. especially.. TIDE and ARIEL.. boy!!!
