can u pls tell me wheather there will be questions from engineering background or from mathematics and physics or both in the upcoming exam of AAI (ATC/ELECTRONICS)??? If yes then what could be the weightage of each section???

In ATC advertisement in the second paragraph in minimum qualification it is written like that-
He/she shall also attain the ICAO language minimum proficiency level 4 (operational) for the purpose of issue of license or rating. Any candidate who is not able to attain ICAO proficiency level 4 or able during the training, his /her services are liable to be terminated.
What does it mean?I have got both gate 14 & 15 score.
In 2014, i got better gate score than 2015 by 21 but my gate AIR is improved in 2015 by 3000. which gate score should i use for AAI JE Electronics???
Having GATE 2015 AIR 2148.. should i apply for AAI JE?
