I just sent out this mail to hrcell@AAI
"You are being funded by the government and the country's masses enshrine their trust in establishments like you. A bit more professional and well thought out procedures and processes are expected from an organization that occupies such a stature in the public milieu.
Please provide more clarity in whatever you do and try to have more professionalism in the conduct of everyday affairs.
Announcements of results a quarter of an year after the exam, directly copying the whole of the exam paper from previous year ies papers with very little dedication to the whole process, randomly removing the results from the website, a totally unresponsive contact person are things that are truly depressing.
Add to it, you have now decided to take people on the basis of an exam that is already done and dusted. Sure you have your reasons and you may be justified but do note that you have one very important responsibility, that of the careers and lives of several people who are looking forward to a career with your organization. Alteast you owe that much to them.
Please treat those who give the exam with a little more respect by letting them know when results will come (or if it ever will) and what the procedures etc will be and also by actually putting in some effort to conduct a genuine recruitment exam.
Things are too random and adhoc with AAI now and it pains to see it that way as a citizen of this country.
