I was able to talk to a source working in delhi hr division and he said that they are putting "Prastav" infront of management of combining the remaining vacancies of dec atc exam and april atc exams with additional vacancies and publish a new recruitment adv..nothing is finalised just in ""Prastav"" stage so maybe only speculations!!
