Anyways, do you guys also evaluate profiles ?, I had one more question, if one does MBA from IIM/ISB, what is the approx salary range one can expect after completing it ?

For ISB/IIM visit their official websites u will get the range of salaries. For IIM u can get the requisite info from the placement reports or in some case just a summary about their overall placements stats shown under placement category .
