I got a 680 on my GMAT (47q, 38v).

How acceptable a score is this? Should I plan on a retake?

Some background info:
- 24 months of very diverse workEx (startup and consulting)
- Dean's roll + full scholarship in 4 yr Undergrad programme - Marketing major
- Have new projects coming up and would have very little time to prepare for a retake

got 680 on GMAT (qa 50, va: 30)

should i plan a retake...

approx: 3 year experience as a software engineer in service and product based firms...
grad: B.E in electronics and communication with 8.73 CGPA, from Thapar University...

What chance do i have ?? any pointers will be helpful..
