Heres my 3 must-watch movies list:

1. Amelie- French Movie nominated for Oscar's along with Lagaan but alas both didnt win and the award went to No Man's Land.

Amelie:
Its an awesome movie which simply depicts the simple life of a simple girl..whose heartbeat rose whenever her doctor father touched her, when she was a small kid and hence was never sent to school fearing her cardio conditions...and was imparted tutions by her mother.....who now works as a waiter in cafe in paris and nurses a crush on a guy who maintains a journal of weird snaps(the climax about this snaps is simply amazing)....the way she plays cupid between her collegue and a vagabound who frequents the cafe........the way she gifts childhood memories to a materialistic person reforming him in the process........the way she inspires a fragile old man-her neighbour to live life to the fullest....the way she compels her dad to go on a world tour by arranging for snaps of the elf of her father's garden touring seven wonders of the world- anonymously mailed to him every weekend.........the way she shows a mean vegetable vendor his rightful place........the movie is simply amazing and beautifully shot for that matter!!!
