Well, instead of naming some non descript movies which no one will anyway watch I think it wud be better to name some well known and recent ones.
So here goes..

Kill Bill (the whole movie was full of BS)

The list is very long but I will keep it down to 3...
1.K3G ( Boy! puhleez spare me the roona dhoona and that stupid song.. as is said - the movie was a 3 Kg Gum(sadness) package)

. rarely have I heard such acerbic comments for Tarantino's works. Guess you were taken aback by the grossness of violence in those movies. But thats his style. No one can do it better than him.

Kill Bill is like Moulin Rouge, you either love it or hate it...no chance of indifference.
Idea behind Kill Bill is to make an action movie that horrifies you in the manner of a horror flick.
So, he succeeds in that imho.
coming to the point of thread - couldn't stand Moulin Rouge, even though I love Nicole...........worse than a few hindi movies.

Buddy, it's not that I can't stand violence or am only into the goody goody family movies... It's just that I look for substance in every movie that I watch. My idea of a good movie isn't one in which violence(or sex for that matter as in Boom) is potrayed just for the sake of it. Some people may like it, some may not. It's obvious that we do not belong to the same set.
But I guess the modz should be mature enough to understand and appreciate difference of opinion.

I just can't agree with anyone who thinks Quetin Tarantino sucks...Man the guy is a genius....but i guess its true...u can only hate him or love him..u can't ignore him...

....frankly cudnt sit thru the 1st half hr itself.......sushmita herself was looking like those zombies!!!!!!!!!
Went to KISNA (first day first show) today....
The movie is a mix of Lagaan(the 'Indian hero + Indian heroine + English heroine' thing), Gadar(the 'ladki ko safely pahunca ke aao' thing) and Titanic (the old lady thing).
And it surely doesn't stand up to the hype... :(
Subhash Ghai has made sure that the movie has a lot of masala - a few semi naked scenes, good dance sequences and strange poses by the new actress and very good music but he forgot that the movie has to have a good story for it to be appreciated. The story never makes any sense during the entire movie and the bland dialogues just make it that much more unbearable. 
I think it is surely one of the biggest disappointments among recent movies and I wud like to add this one too to the other three I had mentioned earlier.
