I too feel Saman Khan sucks. His first films used to be OK, but recently all of his films are nothing short of bullsh**.

One of the newest mistakes i made was seeing the movie Elektra...
i will never watch it again... not if anyone gives me a thousand bucks...(come to think of it, for a thousand bucks i just might...:whatthat:)
But the movie is extremely unwatchable with a big U... and there's no good actor in the movie... Jennifer Garner sucks as Elektra ...and the outfit ie her costume... its straight out of a hackneyed fantasy video...(can't use stronger or clearer words you see ... forum rules dictate it;-))
wd not watch this one at any cost....40 days and 40 nights....that one was bl**dy cheap and too amateurish to be seen..!!

I am a contrarian by nature and hence am very put off by anything that is hyped.
I really don't have anything to say about Mithunda's movies because he is very clear on who his audience is and is playing to them perfectly but I can't stand all these Bollywoood buggers who put in multicrore movies starring the big B and aamir and Shahrukh and who not while conveniently forgetting storylines. Also I am listing only movies I paid for , I have no business commenting on those which I didn't see on the theatre.
1. Mangal Pandey- An absolute disaster of a movie, self concious to the extent that I was waiting for some actor to turn to the screen and ask me "Do I look nice". It was a movie so carefully designed to have emotional moments and poignant heart wrenching scenes that they forgot that a movie is not a bunch of scenes. absolute waste of money.
2. Anything whith Kareena Kapoor in it. I am amazed when people say she looked gorgeous. The only role where she even looked the part was Chameli. Too loud, too gaudy and a complete lack of grace. I paid for Asoka and was disgusted to see her and Shahrukh make Asoka look like some angry young man of the 60's with a village belle.
3.Alexander the Great: What were they thinking???. Historically, politically, romantically and even cinematically incorrect. And what were all those Matrix-like stunts doing in a period movie? The movie is very similar to Mangal pandey above. Very concious and a buncha battles with an odd inspiring speech (read violins and the grand piano in the background) was all that it was. sheeesh.
I would love to include all those bollywood blockbusters with claims of "biggest musical of the year" and all those with that guy with the funny nose and "cool" attitude- Fardeen khan, but thankfully for me never watched any of those movies on the big screen.
Also I see how Tarantino has created strong reactions here among Paguys. I thought Vol 1 was poetry but Vol 2 was just gore. You know that's the thing about hype. I personally think violence as an art was depicted better in Abhay (Kamal Hassan) than in Kill Bill but of course it is so much cooler for people to like Tarantino. Man I hate hype.

1. Kyun Ho Gaya Na ...1st movie in my life n only one till date during which i felt asleep otherwise commercial aspect of the movie always keeps me awake
2. Kisna ...Yaadein ...Subhash Ghai gone mad....Kisna...uff!! a diaglogue in it says .." woh mahaa purush Kisna"...wow!! .....amazing!!:x
3. Alexander The Great....factually flawed...KLPD...Angelina Jolie fully clothed throughout the movie...
somehow was saved...didn't watch main prem ki deewani hoon...aap mujhe acche lagne lage.....boom.....gajagamini......bach gayaa...
JAMES = TRANSPORTER 2 : apne desi James mein kyaa buraai hai yaar...Trans2 mein.."when the guy jumps his car to turn it in the air & dislodge the bomb beneath his car... ..!!! " WOW!!
Day After Tomorrow was good yaar....Aawara Paagal Deewaana was 2 hilarious..Paresh Rawal..!!! amazing...Sunil Shetty as Yeda Anna..2 gudd ...
Since almost everyone has listed Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon ( No.1 in my list ) . I will list out other of my hatrites
1. Scream 3 : Enough of those masks , gore and the oh-its-so-convoluted storyline . And Courtney Cox has a really bad hair day !!
2. Kill Bill 2: Too too too........ much gore . I know its Tarantino but come on !!
3. Devdas : Sanjay Leela Bhansali needs to understand that just costumes and sets don't make a movie .
And many more ......Every kareena movie, every movie with Johnny Lever, Any teen-thrill movies !!
