Hello

My CAT score is overall 86.17 sect 1 75.17 sect 2 90.91

My profile : X 79.6 ; XII 82 B.Com 61.85 (graduated in 2012)

no work-ex

Which colleges should I apply at this score. Also does profile-based essentially implies having work ex. If not then is my profile worthy enough to apply for TAPMI n IFMR.

This is wierd and out of the topic still would be interested to see as many replies as possible..

Can anyone let me know a solution to the below case :

Suppose I happen to take admission in welingkar this year and next year I attempt my cat exam again in which I score 95%ile plus or even lets assume the better thing 99%ile plus and am having decent acads too which match all the criterias laid by iims. And eventually i get shortlisted at any iim and they offer me admissions after the gdpi. So can I quit welingkar after being there for a year and join iims and start mba afresh ??

Any such possibilites ?

@70291testengine yes, you can do that... there are no restrictions on that.. In fact, I know many people who got into IIMs after 1 year of MBA somewhere else..

you can definitely do that unless We has any clause that prevents you from leaving the course in between, but i would advice you not to do such a thing and concetrate on one college only, if you want IIMs , answer next year by taking a drop or by doing job, but being at a MBA college is very hectic indeed and you wont be able to concetrate on your CAT preparation, and at the same time not able to concetrate on your MBA
