Is there chances of conversion for OBC candidates who were initailly shortlisted 140-160 in the waiting list?

As per the last list, DBE BE there was no mention of the NC-OBC category in the list. Does that mean there was no movement in this category? I was waitlisted at 131 on the initial waitlist and as per the 6th list, my waitlist stands at 39.

What is the possibility of conversion and how many more lists will be released?

Will there be any movement in the upcoming lists in the NC-OBC category?
