Any insights as to why the waitlist movement is low this time ?
Some people are saying there will be good movement after a few weeks as the top tier colleges have not yet come up with all their waitlists
Some say people have booked a seat in baby/new IIMs to be safe and movement will start once they withdraw their admission around the registration dates, and
some say that this will be the movement this time and do not expect it to get better.
Any thoughts on this ?

I have received a mail for PGP admission in IIM Sirmaur.
I am little confused here about joining the IIM, I have 2 years 4 months experience in IT and current package is about 7.
I dropped the plan to attempt the CAT again.
Could you please suggest if the IIM Sirmaur is worth joining.

Kabhi kabhi to lagta hai ki zindagi se jyada iims wale mazak kar rahe hai , 25 june ho gaya sannaata chal rha hai, apna kuch hoega ki nahi , "arey koi to ab sambhal le koi to gale laga le kb tak hum waitlist me rahe , ye waitlist me pade rehna I can't resist ,ab to aisa lagta ki sala wait kare v to kiske liye ,ab to lagta hai ki saala sb jagah se refund mangwa le waitlist ke paise ,humko chahe to ye IIMS wale select kar le but ab fayda nahi ,Kaun uthe Kaun fir se tayaari kare.. ab jaa rha hu ssc bank ke form bharne.... Jokes apart but yaar really bahut jyada der ho rahi I don't know hum sab ke man me yahi chal rha ki kv waitlist se comvertlist me aayenge . Hoping for the best ...
