I do have my appointment letter and the pay slips. Getting a bonafide certificate from the HR will require telling them the reason (which is something not desirable at this point of time). What if I am unable to get the same ? Will that hamper the process ?
@vaibhavp i too have lost the admit card i have called their but the lady at the other end replied to check on snap site now i have written a mail to them lets what they reply

it could be 118 or 119 but i guess around 400-500 gen candidates are called
HI...I got just 95%le but when I try to view my result on sibm.edu it says :
You may not able to view the status due to following reasons:
1)Invalid SNAP ID or Password
2)You have not made payment for SCMHRD.
I dont get it??, I have both correct.....what to do?

You should get your last pay slip and your joining letter. The two of them together will suffice. :)

It seems to me that the scores have skyrocketed like an Agni intercontinental ballistic missile.
There is absolutely no correlation between last year's cut-offs in marks and this year's in %iles. This was not expected since the number of calls that go out each year are roughly the same and the difficulty level of the paper was quite similar to last year, if not more difficult!
The world has just turned upside down with the %ile cut-off system. Either this year's pool if applicants contains astounding number of Einsteins as compared to last year who shot up the cut-offs (in marks as well as %iles, since there is direct correlation between marks n %iles) or somebody is just yanking us!

Hi I have 2.5 years of exp in IT ctc around 4lpa. Can get ctc around 6.5 if i switch jobs.. Will it worth to join sibm pune( coz I hv heard that ppl frm IT bckground are nt preferred for plcments) i have 99.8 percentile in snap 10th 83% 12th 85% grad. 77.4%

@intelligio1 hi! aren't we supposed to interact with our assigned buddies coz me not getting any responses apart from the regular communiques. so many questions! where to run ?? Scrambling for answers 
@nishant6aug see the purpose of assigning buddies is to fuel interaction and support. i myself has not tried to contact them, may be they are busy with assignments or something. one solution would be to pick up a person from there thread who is answering questions regularly and request him/her to coach you. im pretty sure they will be happy to help.
