@Miley21 A letter of experience from the company would suffice.
However, last year, we also had to give the e-mail ID and contact number of a manager/colleague after confirmation of admission into SIBM Pune for verification.
For verification during GD/PI a letter would suffice.

@srimaitri Is SIBM P going to give weightage to UG scores? I know they would be but that hasnt been explicitly mentioned before. Would want to know if now they have. Wasnt able to attend session.
I was not able to attend the CWS session in Chandigarh. Can someone who attended it kindly tell what is the change in the admission process that was being talked about?
