My college calculates aggregate CGPA from only 3rd semester. and also the same will be reflected in the final marks sheet. but the NITIE website admission portal insists me to enter for both 1st and 2nd semester too. if i enter them, the average is being calculated automatically(including 1st and 2nd semesters). How should i go about this situation?

If CL and TIME analysis are believed to be true, I get 97 percentile when cross-checked againstofficially released key. Although I have good chances of getting a call, how are the chances for NC-OBC to convert practically(as per your knowledge of the batch you are studying with?)
