I am truly amazed by the number of people interested in knowing the hostel facilities at various new iims at this stage of admissions. Let's consider this scenario if you get an admit from only one of the new iims which is not moving to a new campus and the current facilities absolutely suck, would you forego your admit?
I think the new campus discussion was started by media comms as part of promotion of their college and applicants have carried it too far, with every 2/3 posts related to facilities at new campus and when they ll move.
will the new IIMs release waitlist numbers along with the selected candidates??
Do people who got a final call from an old IIM, get calls from new IIMs?
