Came back from my CnPI just now. Was a very smooth process. As for the specifics:
Document Verification - Take 2 copies of Personal Detail Form, ID Proof, Call Letter and Mark Sheets
WAT - Engineering students make better analysts; Humanists students make better managers.

Moved to career related questions - mainly about my job description
Asked about my field related questions - Civil Nuclear Agreement
Asked General MBA Questions such as Why MBA?
Questions about choosing between Modi and Manmohan; Kejirwal and Kiran Bedi - Asked me to support my choiced and asked some questions in between
I think that about covers it; Panel was easy to talk to and very friendly.

Easy and smooth process overall.
No hassles in the document verification process
WAT Topic :Do beauty contests degrade womenhood?
Next comes the PI. Strange that we don't have to carry our folders and certificates to the interview room at all, nothing was needed except the Documents mentioned for verification.
PI Q1 : No industry experience, so why MBA?
GK Q : Recent controversy surrounding the PM's suit.
GK Q : Any recent political scenario you like or dislike.
Rest of the questions were asked from the single pager form we filled. Atleast that was the case in the Panel that I was alotted.
Entire process was over by 4:00.

WAT Topic :Do beauty contests degrade womanhood?
We were given 30 mins for the topic to think and write. it was up to you how you managed your time. was pretty lucky with this topic i would say. morning session had something around corruption.
PI- 2 profs. both sweet. i guess they were being extra nice because they thought i was a bit nervous. (Note- nothing but a pen allowed into the PI room. So all extra certificates etc is something that you should put into your 'About Yourself' answer.)
Q- Tell me about yourself and your family background. Why IMT? Why MBA. Tell me about your job (+package). Why not MBA abroad? 3 skills that you have learnt at college. How did you get here? They referred back to my WAT response- a couple of questions on that.
Overall interview was 10 minutes. But that seemed to be the case for everyone. Possibly because there were a lot of people there. Everything went off very smoothly.
Any idea when we can expect to hear back??
Yhow long does the entire process take???
I have 8.30 am slot tomorrow...will i be able to reach my office in Noida by 2PM..??

Topic for WAT - Small Businesses and start-ups have scope for professional growth.
PI- Panel of 2 members(both very chilled out... 😃 )
Most of the question were from the form filled.
1)Meaning of name.
2)Question on academic background(Physics).
3)Hobbies,activities, interests.
4)Latest news (in detail about the Jayanthi Natrajan case).
The interview was a pleasant interaction not an interrogation...so was the case for most of the candidates.

PI was mostly around work exp(am working as consultant to GOI).. Some general PI question. What is diff between GDP,NIand GNP. What is CAGR ? Why was Greece in news in recent days ?what are all the docs we need to take for the cdpi...is resume really necessary???
