is there no provision of WAT in IIM Shillong, nowhere in the document it is mentioned, I am not aware of the fact, kindly inform.

My name is Siddharth
following is my cat 2013 scorecard
section 1: 104/125 81.66%ile
section 2: 125/225 94.65%ile
overall: 229/450 91.88%ile
And I havent been shortlisted for IIM Shillong. Could someone help me figure out why!
I belong to the General Category.
Isn't the sectional cutoff 70%ile and the overall cut off 90%ile ?
Please guide me if i am wrong.
