TC means u are ready for transfer from ur previous destination to ur new destination. ur previous college/workplace should provide u wd a TC
Exp certi will be provided from ur workplace, certifyin ur work duration, ie how many days u were wd the firm

as long as you have cleared all ur backlogs and have the minimum aggregate it doesn't matter.. while I was paying the fees there were 2 ppl who had KTs.. but they were given admission.. so relax :)
