The difficulty level wud be same in both the cases.. it will be the same paper.. It depend on ur convenience... :)

There are many MA programmes.. I was interested only in MA HRM & LR.. So i filled only one.. I don't have idea about the others thou!

@the.demon their is no preference for job ex all depends upon your score and your interview . Basically the batch consists of exp and non exp. . Its just that in interview you will be asked questions related to your academics and the exp. candidates will be asked ques. related to their work exp.

I would suggest you go for globalisation and labour , development studies and if your interested in rural management then after IRMA it is Tiss that will develop your interest in rural managemnt . AFA marketing field is concerned you can have a look on the course details on the above mentioned programs as you can get marketing profiles even related to development studies. you should ask seniors regarding the placement of these courses
