Hi Moderators,
I belong to OBC category. I received an email from TISS to upload three documents. But my parents have not filed income tax since their salary is less than 1 lakh. So I cannot upload the income tax filing of my parents. Is it mandatory? Early response is appreciated.

@pgharish then you must be having an income certificate for the 2011-12 or 2012-13 that is also valid buddy
hey i have uploaded the documents...it says uploading successful but nowhere i have mentioned my registration number nor it is asked anywhere...it has got my name and my father's name in the declaration only...will it suffice???????/
Anyone who has uploaded his document help me, can we upload form 16 for IT certificate and if so, form 16 consist of 3 pages how is it possible to scan it and upload.

@hiteshthakre In OBC Non creamy layer certificate itself, the annual income for 2012-2013 is clearly mentioned. I dont understand what is income certificate? (because we dont need to file income tax if the annual income is less than 1.9 Lakhs). Can someone tell me in detail about what this certificate means. I feel OBC NC certificate itself is enough as it has annual income for the year 2012.
Puys my non creamy status is mentioned below my caste certificate....is it compulsory that caste and NC layer certificate should be different.????

Hi.. I was out of station and just read the email regarding NC-OBC. I have an NC-OBC Certificate but it's issued from Tahsil(State Govt Format, not GoI Format). Will that do? I can't really do anything about it rather than uploading whatever I have.
