I am not right person to ask for tips on essay writing....

But as an aspiring mananger, Business sense, ethics, integrity ( Moral values) should be reflected
for interview.....clarity on "why HR"
knowledge abt u, ur place
Issues happening in the country and ur opinions on them are the bare minimum necessary preparations
