Do apply to your preferred courses and campuses accordingly. The last date for applying is October 09, 2012.

Wishing you all the very best for CAT 2013. Kill it right and proper!

Cheers!!!

I would like to know the following
1. Cut off for last year
2. Minimum percentile which converted last year
3. Minimum Package
4. Total placement.

Thanks

@prakhar9
1. The selection process of IMI Bhubaneswar is profile based. So to state the exact cut off for the time being is difficult. The selection process will be profile based this year as well. So it depend upon a good CAT score as well as your overall profile to be called for next stage of selection process
2. The first batch of IMI B will be passing out in 2013 . So I can not give you the minimum pay package as of now . But the response from the Industry was quite good and all the students of 1st batch got good summer placement along with good profile.

Thanks Jillam123.
@icecool11
It a pleasure to help you. All the best for CAT

Hi,

While filing out application, I couldn't find place to mention details of professional courses taken like CA? Can I mention that in Post Graduate Column?

@gyayakjain
The application, as you can see, does not have the space provided for writing down the details for other professional courses taken. I, therefore, will suggest you to just fill up your graduation and PG details (if any). You can very well mention the course taken by you at later stages of the admission process.

hey....What was the approximate cut off last year.....??? how is it in comparison to imi kolkata???

@prerna.thakur

It was always a profile based selection beside CAT score . Students called for next stage of selection process depending upon their overall profile and CAT score. There are students in our batch who have secured above 90 percentile . IMI Bhubaneswar has a rigorous selection process and places importance on profiles
We can not compare IMI Bhubaneswar with IMI kolkata. You know pagalguy does not permit to compare colleges . But both IMI Bhubaneswar and Kolkata carries the legacy of IMI Delhi . Infact IMI Bhubaneswar follows the exact course curriculum of IMI Delhi . So quality and the standard of IMI is always maintained .

Thankyou.....

I have filled up the form for IMI Bbsr. Sir it would be helpful if I know about the last percentile call for GD PI last year. Thanks

@goyalvikas
You can only provide the overall percentage as the online application form does not have any space for giving the detail of marks of subjects .

Hii @prakhar9
As stated earlier by Jillam, it is difficult to state an exact cut-off as of now. A candidate applying to IMI-B should be able to get a GD/PI call with a minimum of 80 percentile along with a good profile. Again, the fact that there would be a rigorous selection procedure still holds good!
