I got 96.5 percentile. Acads are also good ( class 10th - 93% and class 12th - 93.75% ) and according to their shortlisting criteria, I make the cut but I didn't get a call. What could be the reason for this?

How abt ur grad % ?
ppl are in at 96+ and some not in at 99+
