for the 2010-2012 batch wl movement was
General: 80
OBC : around 40

for 2011-2013 batch the movement was:
general: around 40
OBC: around 40
SC: around 15-20
ST: around 5-10

For the 2012-14 batch w/l movement was
General:- around 50-55
OBC:- around 35-40
SC:- around 20-25
ST:- around 10-15
Around 4 lists were released. Results came out on 2nd May. The chain of dates are:- 2nd May--> 18th May(24 general category cleared, OBC moved by 35) --> 1st June (no movement)--> 13th June --> 19th June


The last date must be mentioned for sending the DD. We suppose you are asked to send 50k within a particular date (most probably 20th) along with acceptance form and the course completion form.
About the loan option, please do not worry, the merchandising committee will arrange for a bulk loan deal for all at K after you come to the Kampus. For PGP 15 there was UBI and CBI pitching with some students accepting loan offers from UBI and some from CBI. For pgp 16 SBI was added to the list.
But in this case you have to make the first term payment on your own , which you can always reimburse after you take the loan i.e 50K as acceptance + 1.25lpa as 1 trimester fees + 25k for hostel and mess fees + 25k as security deposit (according to last year figures)

MADCOM also organises bulk deals for laptops which is a pan iim deal.... you will get to know all information within a few days

So puyz here's some info about last year's(2012-14) w/l movement.

Gen:- around 50-55

OBC:- around 40

SC:- around 25

ST:- around 15

Around 4 lists were released. Results came out on 2nd May. The chain of dates are:-

2nd May--> 18th May --> 1st June --> 13th June --> 19th June

1st w/l movement was encouraging enuough as

Gen moved by 24

OBC moved by 35(yes you read it right)

SC ,ST dunno..

But do enlighten yourself by the fact that movement in 1st w/l will be high but the movement in subsequent lists will be minimal with virtually no shift in some categories.
