I don't know why there is so much fuzz over pagalguy ranking. The ranking is based on perception of voters. I don't think just voting decides the fate of a business school. There are lot more to a bschool such as Quality of students, faculty, infrastructure, curriculum, alumni network, name in industry etc apart from interest among aspirants. Do pagalguy consider all these factors in their ranking? No is the answer. Also I don't make my decision only based on pagalguy ranking. Lakhs of people are writing various competitive exams such as cat, xat, snap, mat, cmat, etc. Atlast only few thousands are getting seat in top 50 bschools. Do what you can do best in your MBA. Trust me few years down the line you are all remembered for who you are than which college you studied in. Life is in your hands. wishing good luck to everyone

i hear what u saying, and i am a huge Hitler fan so i agree with that. However, there was a huge rumor on this very page during gd pi by a siib student, i decided to ignore that... but abhi, i am getting scared! Ek baar toh karte hai yaar MBA...

@mmyra I agree that MBA is like a marriage. It happens once. Choose the best you have. If you think siib is the best choice you have go for it. Don't get too much influenced by pg ranking. If you feel insecure and believe that you can better bschool go and write cat or snap next year. Take wise and informed decision. All the very best

ahh again about roomers .. these are everywhere on pg .. gim thread kj somiya thread nirma thread and on god knows which.... its some people wait for admission time and when time comes they spread just get their frustration out...

Do not judge a B-School merely on the basis of rankings. Weigh the pros/cons and then take a final call. Do not defame the colleges. Nobody knows how the rankings are calculated. As far as IB is considered, SIIB is one of the elite institutes. Think and act smart. If you believe in yourself - wait - write CAT/SNAP/XAT next year and convert the B-School of your choice.

The final call has to be yours.

I am selected for SIIB -IB but waitlisted at siom.Will they transfer full amount of money(without deducting pre-induction fee) If i will withdraw my admission from siib & Join SIOM..help me guys.

They will. But why don't you ask this question to SIOM and SIIB?
