I have already booked SIBM B slot for 1 PM on 4th. Now, I am thinking of doing the SIIB at 8:30.
Would you guys suggest against this? Would I have ample time in between?

I have heard from few seniors in SIIB that this time SIIB is struggling to get the students placed and also the salary offered is quite less.
Coming to pune from delhi if this is the scenario is not worth.

Commiserations to those who could not make through. I wish you all the very best for future endeavours.
Please book the desired slots asap when choices are aplenty. You've the option of changing slots before 24-Jan 2355 hrs.
Points to note
1. The GD-PI process shall be held on Feb 4,5,10,11 and 12.
2. There is a provision to book slots of your choice for GD-PI. Slot booking starts today 3pm and ends tomorrow, 24th Jan at 11:55pm.
3. Please put whatever has happened with SNAP 2011 behind and look forward. The past cannot be changed but you have certain amount of control over the future.
4. This GD-PI call is to be perceived as a motivating factor. This should enthuse you to accelerate the preparatory process and excel.
5. Participate in healthy discussions in this forum. Share whatever gyan you've heard from mentors, friends, seniors etc... This shall help fellow aspirants.
6. Please do not participate in anything outside GD-PI discussions.
7. We, on our side, share shall our GD-PI experiences of previous years that shall help you gain insights into the process and streamline your efforts in the required areas.

I would suggest you to not take this risk , as you never know how much time it will take for that process, though SIIB is one of the few institutes which has been highly punctual for all the processes. Also , it depends on the location for both the venues, as SIIB is in Hinjewadi (I.T. Park) and other GD/PI may be far away in the city.
Also, if you choose slots like this, you would be more concerned toward the clock than your processes and may have to rush in the last moment to the other location which may hamper your performance.
So, please do not take this risk and try to choose another slot. Please feel free to shoot query in case of any further doubt.

Dear Aspirant
Every college has its own selection process and parameters on which it chose an aspirant, so it will not be appropriate to compare it with process in other college. Till last year there was a different process of Group Task in which aspirants were given a task and they had to perform with fellow group members.
So, I would advise you not to brood too much on it and work on your overall personality development, nothing can be said about the processes this year. If you fulfil the parameters which SIIB is looking for, then surely you will get through no matter which process you appear in.
Continue with your regular reading of newspapers and start forming opinions about every topic you read, as once you enter corporate world, it is the decision making ability which matters the most and according to me an aspirant should be good at.
