I would like to clear somethings right on. I see that, someone (with multiple profiles) is clearly on a mission to do negative propaganda against the college.I do not know if he/she had any experience with the college, but I request them to come up with sensible feedback backed by facts rather than posting bizarre comments in the forum.(which do not help anyone in any manner).
Coming to your other queries regarding the college, I would say, 6 months back, I was exactly in the same position and having the same doubts as you guys. But then I made a decision and am glad to say that, I haven't regretted it for a moment.
NMIMS Bangalore might not be the best Or atleast not perceived as the Best. That is the very reason, that keeps motivating everyone here, right from the Students, the Faculty and the Directors to constantly engage in activities that makes the institution nothing short of THE BEST !!
The status and quality of any college can only be reflected with time. As you all are aware, the first batch of PGDM has not yet passed out and Its tough for an outsider to judge the campus. Since, I have been in the system for two trimesters now, I can confidently say, NMIMS Bangalore is aiming at nothing less than the Best. And NMIMS Bangalore, is HERE TO STAY !!.
Regarding the placements, As a member of the Placement Committee, I practically know what kind of efforts are put in by the Student Placement Committee as well as the Management to bring about the best of the offers and opportunities to the students. We are very well aware that, we will be judged based on the numbers and figures and we are not compromising on these parameters.
Since the placement process is still going on, we are not supposed to reveal the details as per the University guidelines. I request you to kindly wait for the official update from the college. All I can say, rather proudly say at this moment is, the average figure as of now is on par with any Tier-1 B-schools. I would like to say that, It is the institution, that is being very choosy in terms of placements,(and not the other way round) just to make sure that, NMIMS Bangalore stands on par with the Best of the B-schools in the country.
Ultimately, It is up to you guys to make a decision. All I have to say is that, NMIMS is a Huge Brand in the country and NMIMS Bangalore, as a young and Energetic institution,under the constant guidance from its Mumbai counterpart, has everything in it, that is needed to carry this legacy forward. Period.
Note: I request the "unregistered" and anonymous profiles to come up with some quality negative propoganda, unlike what they are doing now( bitching like those in saas-bahu serials)

According to the college policy we cannot share the details..And it is premature to give Average package as the placement process is rolling... But I can tell you the profiles offered till now are the best and college is doing its best to provide quality placement....all the best...Wait patiently till it is officially released... I was at similar crossroads last time when I was an aspirant like you..
