Hi puys, i just checked the website of NMIMS Bangalore so thought of sharing something regarding the packages.
The Executive PGDBM batches had their placement figures as
"Graduates of the 1st EPGDBM batch(2009-2010) from NMIMS Bangalore have been recruited by the following Companies with an average salary of 9.4 L.
Graduates of the 2nd EPGDBM batch(2010-2011) from NMIMS Bangalore have been recruited by the following Companies with an average salary of 10.24 L.
But these are figures for the executive batch that demands a minimum job experience of 5 years.
I want to ask the seniors that apart from the official declaration of placement figures for the first PGDM batch u guys must also be expecting something considering the relations of the college with the corporates and placement activities going around. So can you give us some idea of what the placement scenario is going to be for u guys..!!!

12th CBSE - 63%
B.COM(p) - 44% (University of Delhi)
Work Exp - 5.3 Years (IT recruitment counselor)
Now based on this i need a good mba i am preparing for XAT and GMAT....Can i apply?

Hey buddy as per the eligibility criteria you need to have minimum 50% in your graduation for applying to PGDM in NM Bangalore....Please check NMAT 2012::NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) for more details....Eligibility criteria for different colleges vary so u have to check about it with them....

2 questions-(1) how many students were there in the EPGDBM courses and (2) were they able to provide 100% placements to the batch?(bcoz i read somewhere that they were not able to achieve 100% placement to the EPGDBM.i think the same wont happen for pgdm.)

I dont understand the case actually to be very honest... the SIs for the 2012 pass out batch should be over,and nothing is mentioned about the same for PGDM.... moreover the tuition fees and other details are also not present....seniors we would be grateful if u could enlighten !!!

No. the S.I. in most of the colleges apart from iim-a,b,c,l continues till feb.
all we can request them and in turn they to the authorities to provide an interim data/statistics.
and that too a little politely dude...they are actually HELPING us..

summer internship recruitment starts from oct-nov and continues till feb- summer training happens in april-june.

The summer intership process for 2013 batch is on roll.The placement process for 2012 batch is also on roll parallely...We got very good responses from corporates...The college authorities have put a stringent restriction not disclose anything about placement.... I was at similar crossroads when I was an aspirant like you in the last year...But I'm sure that patience will definitely pay you.... Summers will be during april-june period...

bro although not a senior....but what I can say is NMIMS brand is much much more than Alliance..... i think by all probability its better than alliance...but still u will be more happy if the same is conformed by senior from the college

With respect to Summer internship of 2012 Passing out Students, its already updated in website and do check the placement brochure you will get an idea about the student as well as their chosen Company.

But as of now.. i guess very few will take that gamble..
i myself have applied for GIM and NM B.
But would prefer GIM next year.
But then Is NM Blor really good.
Only the present students of NM Blor can tell us.
