There's one query i have sent my application on 3 rd sep and saw on india post service site that my package has been delivered on 10 sep. Till date i haven't received any conformation from xlri. Please help me. Any suggestions what should i do

If you are talking about XAT application then check the XAT Application Status link, it will show your application if it has been received and verified or otherwise you may write to [email protected]

Now that i`ve paid the fee via a card, it asks me to download the PP form. when i do that i download a file application_status.aspx

I cant open this file :(

Also, my selected institute XLRI is also not showing in the final form.

Do we now need to apply for XLRI separately? Last date?

The PP form should be in .pdf format, please check if you have a pdf reader installed. If not get a pdf reader like Acrobat or Foxit. You can also just take the file to any cyber cafe for taking printout, they will hav pdf reader installed.

I had to disable Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) to download the correct file in .pdf format.

I cannot find the link to XLRI registration. Please help.

Bro they are not updating their status regularly.....there are still some days left....so dont worry abt it because if u have sent it through speed post then it must have been reached.

Similar thing happened with me, even after the form reached, my application status said application in process. After a couple of emails, yesterday my application was uploaded though still without photo n signature. Even if you do nothing your application should be uploaded later as it has reached them. But to be on the safer side you can email them. I am planning to call them tomorrow regarding my XLRI application, if, luckily, they pick up, I will ask them about your predicament too...

You can always log back into your account on the XAT website and apply for more institutes through the XAT score. You will just have to select more checkboxes. 😃 Althought you might have to fill separate forms for all these institutes separately depending upon their policy.

thnx for ur reply but dere is a lil more pblm... i logged into my a/c but the Form is not edited now .Then wil it create any problem if i apply to the Instt.s which r registered under XAT.coz i already applied to few colleges ..As i din select the colleges in the XAT form so will the colleges where i applied...cancel my application??

I`m filling up the form.

In PERSONAL DETAILS > EDUCATIONAL DETAILS:

10th/ Matric : 12th/ Intern

What is to be filled in the box QUALIFICATION?

In the qualification textbox for 10th, i have filled "SECONDARY EXAMINATION", and for 12th, "SR. SEC. EXAMINATION".

Above mentioned, are for CBSE. Accordingly, you can fill. But i have no idea about the exam name for ICSE board.

I have registered for XLRI with two courses- BM and HRM.
I have done B.Tech and have 2 years experience which makes me eligible for FPM. I want to apply for FPM also.

Fee for selecting 2 or 3 courses is same. I have already paid the amount in Bank, and in the bank slip, selected courses are also displayed. Moreover, online form cannot be edited now.

In the form available in bulletin which we are supposed to sent to XLRI has option for selecting courses. But it is mentioned at the top of the form that details should be exactly same as filled online.


Is there any way so that i can edit course selection so as to add FPM in the list. Kindly, suggest that what should i do now?

Anybody please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Trisha, you can still apply to those institutes by registering and paying on their websites. For e.g. XIMB's FAQ clearly states that you can apply even if you haven't selected it as an option in the XAT form!

Hey guys i've a doubt - I'd mentioned only xlri as my 'selected institute' during xat registration.. now im thinking about xim,b as well.. Can i apply or can i not? Someone pls clarify.. Thanks in advance..

I have just registered for XAT and XLRI through online payment from the website.
Can someone pls let me know if the PP form and PA form too have to reach XAT office by 30th Nov or would I have 7 days time for this?
Also, since I have just registered for XAT and haven't sent them the PP form yet, I haven't received the bulletin.
But since the last date for XLRI reg is also 30th Nov, I had to register for it too. Would I have to send any doc from the bulletin along with the XLRI reg form?
