you are sitting in fornt of an interview panel for tyhe final round of selection for a job you have long conveted.you are asked about the reason for quitting your job.the fact is that you had left earlier job due to an unproved but widespread allegation on your character by your colleagues.
how will you handle the situation?
(1) you will state the fact wasa false allegation(which was unresolved) was made on your charatcetr and how you felt could not do justice to your workplace anymore due to an emotional disconnect.
(2)you will state the fact that a false allegation was made on your character and your self exteem shattered.
(3)you will not bring up the allegations as it would show your candidature in poor light.
(4)you will not bring up the allegations and simply provide other convincing resons for quitting job.
(5)you willo bring up allegations and explain how it was the entire office conniving against you due to an impending promotion.
To All who think the candidate should not disclose the reason for quiting his previous job , what if the organisation come to know about this just after a month . 1) you will be proved as a lier 2) Organisation will assume that you were the culprit in your previous job also as you tried to hide the truth.
Ethical and Practical option would be to tell the truth Boldly and be ready to prove your character throughout your life .

As per my knowledge, they never declare marks, they will only provide percentiles. However in general, double digit scores in each of sections should be sufficient (except particular section is too easy)

1) you will be proved as a lier That's why you shouldn't lie. You should just hide the truth.
2) Organisation will assume that you were the culprit in your previous job also as you tried to hide the truth. One month is a long enough time to judge the credibility of an employee. If you are good at your work your past wouldn't matter.

I second your opinion. 1 seems to be the most ethical stance !!

if u were the king, what would you have done with the turtle, one you found that your sons were afraid of it?
(1) i would have killed the turtle, that is the most logical thing to do.
(2)iwould have banished the turtle from the kingdom.
(3) iwouldnt have bothered about turtke, the children would outgrow their fear for turtle.
(4)i would have attempted to find out about the turtle and eduacted my sons about it.
(5) iwould have allowed the turtle to quietly escape.
what message is the above question and probable awnser of that question trying to convey?
(1)ignorance is bliss (2)where there is a will there is a way (3) slow and steady wins the race (4)prsecence of mind will get you out of most difficult situations (5)time and tide waits for no man and not even for turtle.
My take in bold (1) & (2) are very selfish (3) inattentive to the children (4) best option as it shows the kings willingness to learn and it would benefit the children as well. They would get over their fear. (5) Not dealing with the problem directly

sneha malhotra recently started working as a software engineer in a development centre of a fortune 500 IT services giant.based on her consistently improving performance, her manager decided to increase his reponsibilities and as part of these additional reponsibilities, she had to speak directly to the on-site swedish clients, gather requirements from them and communicate these requirements to her fellow developers.however, since this was her first time talking, she did not understand the heavy swedish accent of the person talking to her and as a result could only undertsand the requirements in bits and pieces.
how would sneha handle this situation?
(1) she would explain the entire episode to his manager and let the manager decide best way to handle the situation.
(2)she should communicate whatever she has understood of the requirements while filling up the gaps based on her experience with the functioning of the module.
(3)she should call up the client one more time and ask her to state the requirements once again and also ask her to send a mail about the discussion that lists the key areas.
(4)she should tell her manager that she is not ready for additional responisibiloties as she has not undergone an accent training program designed for people who handle overseas program.
(5) she should sit down with her colleagues, explain the issue to them and fill up the gaps in her requirement analysis with their help and collective experience.
