I graduated ( Bachelors in Management Studies from Mumbai University ) in 2008 and immediately joined Asian Paints as a Purchase Officer where i worked for 3 years procuring Packaging Material and Chemicals. I left Asian Paints and joined Procter & Gamble India as a Purchase Executive procuring secondary Packaging material for India and South East Asia where i work currently. Meanwhile i did a Distance Diploma in Supply Chain Management from NMIMS.
Just some more info, in my 2 years of working with P&G; i have got A Rated and i see a promotion very near. I am at executive level 3, next is level 4 and after that is a Managerial position.
I need your help / guidance on :
- Should i opt for 1 year MBA outside India? UK, Singapore?
- What are other options where i can boost my career?
