When Is The RRB RPF Exam 2018 Commencing?

Indian railway is divided into the total vacancy of RPF/ RPSF wise & male/ female wise.

 

Railway Recruitment Board gives an opportunity to the eligible candidate to appear for various posts of Constables and Sub-Inspectors. When will RPF conduct exams?

RPF exam schedule for constable 2018 would be conducted from 20 December to 19 February 2019. It depends on the phases.

The Railway Police Force (RPF) has announced 9739 vacancies for RPF Recruitment 2018. These vacancies are:

What are the eligibility criteria?

For constables        – 18 to 25 years

For Sub-inspectors – 20 to 25 years

What is the exam pattern?

The RPF Exam 2018 will be conducted in 4 stages:

Stage 1     – CBT (Computer Based Test)

Stage 2     – PET (Physical Efficiency Test)

Stage 3     – PMT (Physical Measurement Test)

Stage 4     – Document verification.

 

STAGE 1:

In stage 1, it will be a computer-based exam (CBT) which will be held for 90 minutes and for 120 marks. This exam includes General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. There will be negative marking of 1/3rd of the mark’s deduction for each wrong answer.

STAGE 2:

This stage is the physical eligibility test and it is mandatory for the candidates to qualify in this stage for further recruitment.

STAGE 3:

Stage 3 is the Physical Measurement test which is common for both qualified constables and sub-inspectors.

STAGE 4:

The final stage is the document verification wherein the selected candidates will be called for the verification. The shortlisted ones should provide proper NOC from the employer.

The result will be declared after each stage of examination.
