MAT 2019 Registration – Online Application Form

PROCESS OF MAT REGISTRATION

MAT is an examination based on a national level. It is conducted by AIMA. The registration process for MAT Paper Based Examination is open till February 8, 2019. The last date for registration of the offline or the computer based examination is on February 12, 2019.  The MAT Registration is not available in offline mode. There is only the online mode of registration as of now. The registration has been opened for February examination on December 16, 2018 and has allowed an extension of one and a half month for allowing the candidates to register. MAT Registration infers that the candidates applying for either the computer based or the paper based examination for February 2019 will need to fill an application form and make the payment of registration online. AIMA has stopped the offline mode of MAT enrollment process for February 2019 test. The students appearing for MAT February exam has to submit their application forms online. The cost of MAT exam online enrollment 2019 application is Rs. 1550/ – which also includes the GST for PC based or paper based MAT test.

ONLINE AND OFFLINE MAT REGISTRATION

The process of registration will be closed on 8th February,2019 for phase 1 MAT. For Phase 2 computer based and paper based exams, the process of online MAT Registration will close on 12th February,2019. The candidate should complete the registration by logging in to the website of AIMA. The payment for registration can been done through credit card , Net banking or debit card. The process of offline registration is not available as of now. Earlier, AIMA used to approve the hard copies of registration but now this procedure has been withdrawn. AIMA used to allow the candidates to buy application forms. The office stands pulled back at this point. The forms were earlier available with MAT CD or bulletin for Rs. 1550/-.. The applicants could purchase the MAT forms from the assigned AIMA main centersthroughout the country. But however, this facility is discontinued. In any case, if AIMA reopens the facility of offline mode of registration, the last dates for registration will be same. Some of the important documents required are- Valid mail ID, educational qualification, photographs, signature and the personal details and banking details. GUIDELINES FOR STEP BY STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1: Login has to created

The new candidates will have to open the official website of AIMA MAT and select the new candidate option for creating the login ID. All the important details have to be filled up for creating the login. An official mail ID has to be used for creating the login. Once the login is created, it won’t be changed. The candidate will receive a confirmation of the registration on the provided mail ID. It has to be kept in mind that the mail ID and the date of birth will have to be used for logging in to the website in order to complete the filling of application form.

Step 2: application form to be filled up

After receiving the MAT Registration number, the candidate will have to login as a registered candidate. Now the applicant can login as a registered candidate and complete the process of filling the application form. The photographs have to be uploaded; signature of the candidate and the payment has to be made. It is very important to fill in the details very accurately this information will be screened. After filling the form, the save button has to be clicked.

Step 3: Upload photographs

Image 1: Upload a clear passport size photo-

The first image that the candidate has to upload is the passport size color photograph. If the candidate is wearing a glass, make sure that the eyes can be seen clearly without any reflection. The image has to be in .jpg or .jpeg format.

Image 2: Upload the signature of the candidate-

A white paper has to be used in order to sign on it with a black pen. The sign has to be scanned. Only the sign needs to be scanned and not the full paper. This signature should appear on the MAT Admit card and in case the signature mismatches with the signature on the answer script, there is a high of cancellation of the candidate. Therefore a proper signature should be done. The image has to be in .jpg or .jpeg format.

Step 4: Make the payment

The online registration payment has to made via net banking or debit / credit card. Once the payment is made, no changes can be made further.
