JEE Advanced 2017 results declared; check your results here

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2017 results were declared today on June 11, 2017 on the official website. Of the more than 2.2 lakh candidates who qualified for JEE Advanced, 1.7 lakh took it on May 21 across the country, and were eagerly awaiting their results. Candidates will be able to check their scores by providing their personal details such as their JEE Advance Application Number and date of birth. The JEE Advance Application Number is available on top of the JEE Advanced admit cards of the candidates.

The JEE Advanced results will decide the future of candidates who will become part of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) across the country. Almost 11,000 candidates get selected for various engineering programmes in 23 IITs across the country through JEE Advanced. Selection of the candidates will be made through the counselling procedure; details of which will be made available in due course of time.

How to Download your JEE Advanced 2017 results

  • Candidates need to visit the official website
  • On the official website home page, there is an active link of ‘JEE Advanced 2017 result’
  • On clicking the link, the candidates will be directed to a page where they have to fill personal details like Advanced Application Number and date of birth. 
  • On submitting the data, candidates will be able to check their result and scores in each subject
  • Candidates need to download the result and take a print out of the same for future reference. 

What next after JEE Advanced 2017 results

Successful candidates will be able to check the counselling details  on the official website of JoSAA (Join Seat Allocation Authority). There will be seven rounds of seat allocation this year conducted by JoSAA. The first round online registration and choice filling for seat allocation will begin on June 15. Candidates will be able to fill up online forms till June 26. The first round of seat allotments will be made available on the website on June 28.

 This year, the JEE Advanced was conducted successfully by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M).
