Update for waitlisted guys:

Called up the Admissions Office..The person refused to tell the number until which the waitlist has moved. So I asked him to atleast reveal the date when they would be sending out confirmation mails to waitlisted candidates,he said that those would be done as an when any confirmed candidate withdraws. And the movement arising out of the withdrawal/shift in programs would be by the 25th of May.

Hello,

The admit letter states that the freshers have to produce two additional documents -

1. Provisional Certificate for completion of Graduation (Degree) given by your College/University indicating clearly the aggregate percentage of marks obtained.

2. A letter from the Principal of your College/Institute stating that you have attended the Graduation Exams and cleared all dues.

Does anyone know if there is any fixed template to these letters? Or are we supposed to frame our own letters and get them signed from the College?

Seniors, please guide in this regard. If someone has a scanned copy of the letters used last year (or at least any accepted template), we'd be obliged if you could share it here.

Also, does (1) indicate transcripts that freshers send to universities abroad? Or is it some other certificate/self-written letter?

Would also like to know more about what is to be included in "medical report".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

seniors, please provide some info regarding the edu loan process in XL and the tests that needs to be taken for the medical report..... kindly let us know why they are so particular about the chicken pox vaccinations

Loan process is very smooth with SBI right next to XL and you are treated as XLers.

Please tell us the documents that are required at the time of applying the loan in XLRI..... does our parent needs to be present at the time of applying??

Hi,

The medical report can be any note written by your doctor stating that you are fit and fine. The administration of chickenpox vaccination needs to be attested by the doctor.

No movement has happened after the first WL moved to around 54...But a movement is due in about a weeks time on account of people withdrawing due to shift to BM/shift to other IIM's/FMS...Follow this thread/FB account to get the updates in almost real time

And pls update the waitlist tracker which would help all of us.Also if any of your friends are on the WL and is inactive in PG/FB,pls let them know so that they can update the WL tracker too.

>You will need the letter from the principal only in case you do not have the provisional certificate. Ask for a provisional certificate from your college and they will provide you.

>Transcripts are not required.
