SCHOLAR LOAN CHECK LIST
FOR STUDENT
(i) Mark sheet & Certificates (10th Onwards)
(ii) Documents evidencing the duration of course and commencement thereof viz prospectus or certificate from the competent authority of the institution.
(iii) Proof of admission to the course.
(iv) Schedule of expenses for the course.
(v) 2 Passport size photograph.
(vi) Statement of Bank account for the last six months of the borrower.
(vii) Identity Proof (Passport /Voter ID Card/PAN/ DL/College ID card etc)
(viii) Proof of residence (Elec. Bill/Tele Bill/ Passport with same address/Credit Card Statement etc)
For Salaried Person :
(i) Latest salary slips showing all deduction.
(ii) Employment details for the last 5 years.
(iii) I.T Return & Form 16 for last 2 years.
(iv) Statement of assets and outstanding liabilities.
For Self-Employed / Professionals and Businessmen : -
(i) Proof of income.
(ii) Income Tax/Wealth Tax (if applicable) assessment orders not more than 2 years old.
(iii) Assets and Liabilities Statement.
FOR CO- BORROWER (PARENTS/SPOUSE) :-
(i) Two copies of passport size photograph
(ii) Identity Proof (Passport /Voter ID Card/PAN/ Driving License etc)
(iii) Proof of residence (Elec. Bill/Tele Bill/ Passport (same address)/Credit Card Statement etc)
(iv) Latest 3 months salary slips showing all deduction/ proof of income.
(v) Statement of Bank account for the last six months.
(vi) I.T Return & Form 16 for last 2 years.
(vii) Savings Account with SBI.
Note- Retired person need only their ID& residential proof, their six months bank statement and their SB Account with SBI.
Margin- 5% Max Loan A/c- Rs 15 lakhs No Security/Collateral
Rate of Interest: 12% floating (0.5% rebate on R.O.I. for girl candidates)
Repayment- 5-7 yrs Processing Time: 2-3 days if Co-borrower comes along with the Candidate.
If Interest paid during the moratorium period, 1% rebate on the rate of interest on overall loan
