Can anyone help me with the withdrawal procedure of XLRI?
Don't be disheartened if the wait list moves at a snails pace. IIM C offer acceptance last date is 17th May(Info from IIM C group). So, waitlist of IIM C will move on 20-21(18 sat; 19th sun). So, I expect a big movement( by 15-20) in XL BM by 25th May and then by another 15-20 in first week of June.
Assumption : 80% of IIM C waitlisted have converted XLBM and few with L are also withdrawing!

From today's waitlist movement of BM and HRM , my conclusions are based on following assumptionsÂ
Assumptions - :Â
(A) Candidates give preferance to IIM tag and all 75 % of BM converts will follow this preferance.
(B) Presently, about 20 % of BM converts are waitlisted in IIM ' L, I & K' and rest have already withdrawn due to which waitlist in BM has moved to 123.
Conclusions
1) As 'L' and "I' declared their results in May first week, the candidates who converted either of them were not able to decide between BM and 'L, I'.Â
2) Â With almost final waitlist movement of 'B' & 'C' by 20-22 May and that of 'L , I, and K', conservative estimate of BM waitlist number movement will be reaching 150 + by 25 May ie another 25 to 30 candidates will withdraw.
So, for guys like me, there is still a hope of converting BM or else XL HRM to hai hi # XLmerijaan.

Hello folks , Don't know if this is the forum to write something like this but I'm an emotional foolđ . I've been preparing for MBA exams or rather for XLRI since last 5 years. I'm an average student at best and made it to the interview phase only twice. This year I finally made it to XL HR. But having worked in the manufacturing sector and having developed an interest for Operations , I had to take the tough decision of dropping XL HR for IIFT D. I had a 55 minute long Interview with Gurunathan sir for XL HR. I know you guys are going to be the best in your field and leaders of tomorrow with people like him guiding you. XL for me isn't just a B School but probably my only love affair I've had in my life. I love XL , the life at XL and the values XL stands for. I hope one day I'll be able to call XLRI my home(maybe as an OPS faculty đ )But till then all the best folks for the best 2 years of your lives. Maybe I won't be officially be able to say XL MERI JAAN , but for me XL is and will always be my Jaan. Thanks to all the seniors who helped us throughout the process. #XLMJ

Guys, I am in a fix! I am currently working as a product marketing manager and do marketing and sales for my b2b company which basically deals in HR products ( chatbots to be specific). B2b SaaS sales, I understand is totally different from the usual marketing and sales scenario. I might convert XLRI hr and am totally blanked out as to whether or not I should pursue it. I have 18 months experience till date, I am an engineer, have above average communication and writing skills and am doing decent client communication for my firm. On the other side, I am really interested for the xlri tag and may be a few hr verticals would suit me. Can xlri hr lead me to a kind of role, I would enjoy working all my life ?
